Advance Care Planning: A Workshop Review

Synopsis: Most Americans adults over age 18 have not completed advanced care planning (ACP). Hospice administrators routinely get patients referred to hospice who have not completed ACP! Even though there are many benefits to completing ACP and doing so is free, less than 1 in 3 American adults have done so. Read this resource guide to gain and understanding of ACP and the various types of advance directives that need to be completed by all U.S. adults.
